ומודים חכמים לר"מ באבנו סכינו ומשאו שהניחן בראש גגו ונפלו ברוח מצויה והזיקו שהוא חייב ומודה ר"מ לרבנן במעלה קנקנין על הגג ע"מ לנגבן ונפלו ברוח שאינה מצויה והזיקו שהוא פטור
